Hi Lispa friends,

Spatica and I had a productive day today. We made lots of calls and viewed a few places together in East Ham (thank you for taking me to the lovly Indian resturant Spatica x)

Ok one available right now at Chesterford Rd East Ham 4 bedroom 1100 pcm. Brand new beds. Plus bills, washer, garden, living room, no TV, no internet, no dryer. Be around 75 pw. Maybe able to get the price down a tad more or get the landlord to throw in a dryer at least as winter is round the corner.

A great one available in January 4 bedroom, but there are two rooms available right now, a BIG double for 430 pcm, I think Az the guy arranging it will take 400 and a single at 250 pcm.

If you want move in right now?

Nice big black leather 2 piece sofa, big marble top kitchen, internet, sky TV, washer & dryer, nice square garden, BBQ and sizeable brick garden shed. We'll know more about the full price in a week or so. I hope I'm not being smoke screened, need to play this one cool!

The last one is in Barking 5 bedroom all doubles, 50 pw. 1200 pcm.
Nice price, needs a GOOD clean and a little out of the way, no garden but the property is spaceus.

Washer, no dyer, no internet. Very small TV.
A cocky, corupt and condesending know all estate agent maybe able to talk me into this property.
